Do I need to remove my old floor first?
No — removal is part of the job. We haul old flooring to the dump at the end, you don't handle any of it.
Can you level an uneven subfloor before installing?
Yes. We use self-leveling compound for minor issues and sister joists for structural. We'll tell you which before starting.
How long should I wait before walking on new tile?
24 hours for thinset, 48–72 hours before grout gets wet (showers). We'll leave clear instructions.
